MEETING CONFIGURATION
AAD is Africa's premier defense and aerospace exhibition, convening procurement authorities, defense manufacturers, and program offices from across the Sub-Saharan region and beyond. It is one of the few forums where the full spectrum of African defense procurement — government, prime, and supplier — occupies the same space over five days.
Harland Strategic is present at AAD 2026 as an exhibitor and as an active participant in the bilateral program. We are not here to display product. We are here to meet with a specific set of counterparties: procurement directorates engaged in security force modernisation programs, defense OEMs seeking structured market entry into African markets, and sovereign program offices assessing supplier qualification and transaction frameworks applicable to current or near-term acquisitions.

Our Stand
Our stand is configured as a meeting space — 4×4, corner walk-on. Designed for substantive bilateral conversations: two to four people, a table, no presentation screens or product displays. The format is deliberate.
Walk-in meetings are possible throughout the show, but scheduled bilaterals are prioritised. If your schedule at AAD 2026 is tight — and most are — we recommend requesting a time in advance.
Meetings are available across all five days, including the trade-only days.
